Fluorimetric Determilation of Trace Selemium in Crude Tabacco in Rosette Stage with DAN

本文根据文献[1]采用2，3-二氨基萘（DAN）在pH1．5－2．0条件下与样品中四价硒生成4，5-苯并硒脑配合物，经环己烷萃取，利用荧光法对原烟中的痕量硒进行测定。

This paper was written on the basis of Literature[1]. The compound, 4. 5-benzo-solenium was extracted by 2, 3 DAN mixed with QuadrivaLemce Solenium trom the samples by meanss of the catalyst, cyclo-hexane under the comditin of PH1.5-2.0. The trace selenium from the crude tobacco was determined by fluorometry. the ressult is iarisfactory.
