摘要
综述了我国餐饮业所排放的油烟对大气、居民身体健康的危害及现阶段国内外处理餐饮油烟的主要方法;介绍了各类餐饮油烟处理方法及设备的优缺点;结合我国的实际情况,指出了餐饮油烟处理方法及新技术在我国的应用趋势。
This paper primarily describes negative effect of cooking fume on atmosphere, on hazards to resident health as well as major treatment methods for cooking fume. Advantages and disadvantages of each method and device are compared respectively. Future tendency of the methods is predicted in terms of practical situation in China.
