摘要 详细阐述了LOAD_PULL的基本工作原理,并对LOAD_PULL的设置,在单载波情况下的仿真,在双载波情况下的仿真等的实现方法及使用中的关键点进行了全面、仔细的分析,指出了利用LOAD_PULL技术实现的功率放大器具有输出匹配准确性程度较高,应用方便、高效快捷,开发时间短的优点,而且其兼容性强,可以结合其他设计方法一起使用。 The basic operation principles of output matching using LOAD_PULL for the power amplifier are analyzed in detail in this paper. The key characteristics and realization in different situation of the setting of LOAD_PULL, simulation using one carrier, and simulation using two carrier are analyzed comprehensively and carefully. The paper points out that technology of LOAD_PULL is the present trend in the developing of output matching for power amplifier because of their characteristics which are precision , convenience, efficiency and compatibility of being used with other methods or tools.
