摘要
通过SRV试验机考察了乙醇润滑条件下CrN、WS2、渗氮、B4C活塞环材料与气缸材料对磨时的摩擦学性能,通过SEM、EDX表面形貌方法对磨损表面进行分析;实验结果表明:在乙醇的酸度较高的情况下,材料磨损严重,磨损以腐蚀磨损为主;在几种摩擦副材料中,CrN的摩擦学性能最好。
The tribological performances of some utilized or candidate piston ring material/coatings named as CrN, WS2, nitrogenized and B4C against cast iron cylinder bores were studied by the SRV tester. SEM and EDX were used to observe the wear of the specimen surface, the width and depth of the specimen surface. The results of the experiments show that, alcohol with high acidity can lubricate the materials some well while the corrosive wear and adherence wear mainly take place. To the materials compared under the research, it seems that CrN shows the best tribological performance.
