This article introduced the improvement in the preparative method of Chondroitin Sulfate powder which prepared by cartilage（pork）. Mashed Cartilage were abstracted by rare alkalis, after digested with pancreatin, then precipitated by grain alcohol. Precipitate was centrifugal, then got Chondroitin Sulfate. This method shortened the period, advanced the purity and productivity of Chondroitin Sulfate powder.
