骨形成蛋白成骨信号传导机制的调节 被引量:2

摘要 骨形成蛋白作为TGF-β超家族中的一类重要组成部分,在细胞成骨分化的信号传导网络中起关键作用。其信号通过Smads通路和非Smads通路从细胞膜受体到细胞核内,并受许多细胞外和细胞间蛋白的调节,本文就骨形成蛋白诱导成骨的信号调节进行综述。
