摘要
根据分段沉积/雕铣成形工艺的特点,设计开发了适用于零件材料的自动注射装置,包括物料混合系统、物料输送系统和注射过程控制系统三个部分。该装置解决了高粘度树脂和低粘度固化剂在静态混合器内按比例的混合、注射轨迹和注射量的精确控制等核心技术问题,实现了物料注射过程的计算机控制。使用结果表明,该注射装置总体方案合理,主要参数控制精确,为分段沉积/雕铣成形新工艺的进一步研究奠定了良好的基础。
According to the characteristic of SMDS ( Segmented Manufacturing Using Deposition and Sculpture), a special automatic injection device for part material is designed in this paper. The device include three parts, raw material mixture system, raw material transportation system and injection process control system. Some crucial problems have been solved in this paper, such as the mixture of high viscosity resin and low viscosity activator according to accurate proportion, the precise control of injection track and ca- pacity. Moreover, the computer control of transportation process have been realized. The usage result testifies that the injection device is reasonable in scheme and accurate in main parameter control. The device establishes a good foundation for the further research of SMDS.
