甜瓜种子成熟度对种子活力和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:16

摘要 对不同成熟度的甜瓜种子进行老化处理和恒温、低温发芽,测定其千粒重、蛋白质、脂肪含量和相关幼苗生长指标.结果表明,随着成熟度的增加,种子千粒重和相关活力指标呈上升的趋势;早期采收的果实后熟对种子的发育可起到相当重要的作用,采收期越早,后熟作用越明显;但果实后熟的作用不能完全替代茎叶对种子的影响,特别是在种子千粒重和贮藏性能方面;种子暗发芽下的子叶中可溶性糖含量随种子成熟度增加而提高. Seeds of melon at different maturity degree were treated with artificial aging, constant and low temperature germination,and then the contents of protein, fat, thousand-seed weight and relevant indexes of seedling growth had been measured. The results showed that the thousand-seed weight and the relevant indexes of seed vigour increased along with the incresement of seed maturity degree. After-ripening of earlier harvested fruits acted significant effeet on seed development. The more early fruits was harvested, the more evident after-ripening action was done. But after-ripening action of fruits could not completely replace effects of stem and leaves on seed development, especially to thousand-seed weight and function of seed storage. The soluble sugar content of cotyledon in dark gemination increased evidently along with the increment of seed maturity degree.
