摘要
针对葡萄干颜色的分选需要,根据其色泽不一的特点,提出了一种基于光的色度学理论的颜色分选法———三原色(RGB)法.该法利用彩色面阵CCD摄像机完成葡萄干的摄像,经高速图像采集卡数字化后输入计算机.把图像像素的RGB分量值差异作为分选的主要依据,通过电控系统,开启电磁快门,完成葡萄干颜色的分选.
According to the demand of automatic sorting for raisin with different colors,a new kind of automatic raisin colour sorter on basis of trichroism(RGB)principle was designed. It could take images of raisin by face CCD camera and puts digital image data into computer by way of image collection card. And then using differences of RGB components of image elements as the main basis of sorting,the sorter could complete the sorting of raisins with different color through electromagnetism shutter of electronic control system.
