摘要
以枳和红橘幼苗作试验材料,研究了外源系统素及其抑制剂对柑橘伤信号转导的影响。结果表明,低浓度的外源系统素能够诱导柑橘植株产生伤信号,并在信号转导途径中诱导中间产物茉莉酸和防卫基因表达产物蛋白酶抑制剂Ⅰ的累积。对氯汞苯甲酸(PCMBS)处理阻断了伤信号转导途径,不能诱导上部叶片JA和蛋白酶抑制剂的累积,阻止了PPO激活。
We researched the effect of external systemin and its inhibitor on wound-inducible signal transduction in Poncirus trifoliate Raf and Citrus tangerina Hort. ex Tanaka seedlings. The results showed that external systemin at low concentration could induce the defense signal of wound,and induce the accumulation of jasmonic acid and protease inhibitor I in integrated top leaves. The signal inhibitor treatments of PCMBS interdicted wound signaling pathway, and inhibit PPO enzyme activation, but could not induce the accumulation of jasmonic acid and protease inhibitor Ⅰ.
