摘要
为了给西洋杜鹃的营养诊断提供基础数据,对生长在山东的西洋杜鹃叶片N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的含量进行测定,并运用数理统计方法和SPSS软件对测定结果进行分析。结果表明,未成熟叶片中各营养元素含量分别为N32.43g/kg,P1.92g/kg,K14.24g/kg,Ca28.89g/kg,Mg2.32g/kg,Fe45.87mg/kg,Mn183.69mg/kg,Cu4.18mg/kg,Zn47.76mg/kg;活性Fe的含量为21.16mg/kg;N、P、K的比例为1∶0.06∶0.44。成熟叶片中营养元素含量分别为N24.69g/kg,P1.38g/kg,K13.52g/kg,Ca47.35g/kg,Mg3.72g/kg,Fe141.07mg/kg,Mn398.45mg/kg,Cu14.22mg/kg,Zn104.84mg/kg;活性Fe的含量为33.18mg/kg;N、P、K的比例为1∶0.06∶0.55。
Concentrations of N ,P,K ,Ca, Mg ,Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in their leaves were determined according to Kjeldahl' s method of nitrogen fixation,molybdenum blue spectrophotometry,flame spectrometry and Atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and were analyzed by statistics and SPSS .We got the concentrations of mineral nutrition in young leaves as follows: N 32.43 g/kg, P 1.92 g/kg,K 14.24 g/kg,Ca 28.89 g/kg,Mg 2.32 g/kg,Fe 45.87 mg/kg,Mn 183.69 mg/kg,Cu 4.18 mg/kg,Zn 47.76 mg/kg. The concentration of the available Fe is 21.16 mg/kg .The nutrients ratio of N,P and K is 1 : 0.06 : 0.44. Correspondingly,The concentrations of mineral nutrition in mature leaves are N 24.69 g/kg, P 1.38 g/kg, K 13.52 g/kg, Ca 47.35 g/kg, Mg 3.72 g/kg, Fe 141.07 mg/kg,Mn 398.45 mg/kg,Cu 14.22 mg/kg,Zn 104,84 mg/kg. The concentration of the available Fe is 33.18 mg/kg .The nutrients ratio of N ,P and K is 1 : 0.06 : 0.55. The results can be used in diagnosing the malnourished Rhododendron in other areas for improving culture technique.
