摘要
采用液相沉积法(LPD)在普通载波片上制备出了掺铁二氧化钛亲水性薄膜,通过扫描电镜(SEM)及水滴接触角的测试,分析了薄膜的表面形貌及铁离子对亲水性能的影响。实验结果表明:利用液相沉积法制备出的薄膜均匀,结晶形貌良好,平均粒径为15 nm,铁离子掺杂量在0.05%时薄膜的亲水性能最佳。
Fe^3+ -doped TiO2 hydrophilic filing were prepared by liquid phase deposition. The surface morphology and hydrophilicity of filing were studied by SEM and contact angel tests. And the results indicated that the films had fine homogeneity and the average diameter of particle was 15nm. Besides, as Fe^3+ concentration was 0.05% the fims show best hydrophilicity.
