农村环境保护一直是我国环保工作的薄弱环节,当前农村面临的各种环境威胁和困难,使之成为我国经济进一步发展的重要瓶颈,为应对农村环境对经济发展的影响,应以科学发展观为指导,正确认识经济与环境的内在关系,按照“有所为有所不为”、预防保护与开发建设相协调和让农民真正受益等原则要求,从农村环保规划,环保立法管理和资金投入,环保教育宣传,转变农村经济发展模式和提高农业生产技术等方面采取措施,促进农村经济、环境和社会协调发展。

Environmental protection in rural areas has been a weak link in the work of environmental protection of China.Various threats and difficulties of environment in rural areas has become a key bottleneck restricting the further development of China's economy.The paper looks at dealing with the situation in the context of: guided by scientific outlook on development,correctly understand the internal relations between economy and environment;in accordance with the principles including: 'You must leave some things undone if you want to get others done',harmony between precaution and protection and exploitation and construction,letting the farmers enjoy the great benefit,the paper argues that specific methods should be adopted in the following aspects: the planning for rural environmental protection,environmental protection legislation,capital investment,,publicizing environment-friendly education,transforming the pattern of rural economic development and promoting agricultural production technology,thus promoting coordinated development of rural economy,environmental and social economy.
