应重视和加强土地承载力评价研究

Paying Particular Attention to Strengthen the Study of Land Supporting Capacity Evaluation

土地承载力是指在一定时期,一定空间区域,一定的社会、经济、生态环境条件下,土地资源所能承载的人类各种活动的规模和强度的限度。文章分析了我国土地承载力研究现状和存在的主要问题,提出了调整区域耕地承载力评价观,建立我国土地承载力综合评价指标体系等重视和加强土地承载力评价研究的具体建议。

Land bearing capacity means,within a certain period,a certain space areas;and under given conditions of social,economic and natural environment,the limit concerning the scale and intensity of all human activities that land resources can support.The paper makes a specific proposal for paying particular attention to strengthen the study of land bearing capacity evaluation based upon the current situation and problems,these include: re-adjusting the evaluation outlook of bearing capacity associated with regional cultivated land,establishing a system for comprehensively evaluating land bearing capacity.
