摘要
随着冠脉造影等技术的普及,心肌桥的发现并非罕见,被认为是良性变异的心肌桥也可以导致心绞痛、心肌梗死、甚至猝死,其引起心肌缺血的机制是多方面的。有症状的心肌桥需要处理,包括药物治疗,介入治疗,手术治疗。心肌桥严重程度不同, 预后不同。
Abstract： With the development of coronary angiography,myocardial bridge is not scarce. Though it was not considered as a bad variant, it can induce angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and sudden death. The mechanism of myocardial ischaemia is complicated. Symptomatic myocardial bridge need therapy,including medicine treatment,intracoronary stenting or operation.
