摘要
确定铌酸锂声电光器件的电光工作模式后,通过相切条件和匹配条件对铌酸锂声电光器件中反常声光衍射的几何关系进行了研究,对xOz平面内以离轴角为自变量时入射角、衍射角以及超声波速、声光优值和极值频率等进行了定性分析和定量计算,计算结果对铌酸锂声电光器件的设计具有指导意义.
The operating mode in Lithium Niobate anisotropic acousto-electro-optic (AEO) device are determined, the geometrical relationships of anomalous acousto-optic interaction are gained by tangent condition and matching condition. The accurate angle of incident light vector, diffractive light vector and optic wave vector,acoustic extremum frequency and AO merit vs acoustic off-axis angle in xOz plane are systematically calculated and the results can be referenced for designing lithium niobate AEO device.
