摘要
合成了溴化5-[4-(N-十六烷基)吡啶基]10,15,20-(4-吡啶基)卟啉,探索了其合成、分离及纯化的方法.新的卟啉试剂与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的结果表明:在酸性介质中,沸水浴加热20min形成1:1的络合物,在0~120μg/L范围内吸光度与铜质量浓度的关系符合比尔定律,该方法用于环境水样中铜离子的分析,结果令人满意。
Brominate-5- [ 4- ( N-eetryl ) pyridyl ] 10,15,20- ( 4-pyridyl ) porphyrin is synthesized and characterized by I HNMR, UV, IR and MS. It is used as color reagent in determination of Cu^2+. The results show that the complex ratio is 1 : 1 in the solution of pH = 3.2 and the temperature of color reaction is 100 ℃ and time is 20 rain. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 120μg/L for Cu( Ⅱ ). This method has good selectivity and sensitivity. It has been used in the speetrophotometrie determination of micro copper in envi- ronmental water sampleswith satisfactory results.
