摘要
目的检测粘着斑激酶(FAK)在口腔颌面部鳞癌中的表达及表达水平,探讨FAK在口腔颌面部鳞癌生长和转移、侵袭中的作用。方法应用免疫组化Envision方法检测90例口腔颌面部鳞癌中FAK的表达情况。结果FAK的表达强度在口腔颌面部鳞癌中高于癌旁组织,在低分化组高于高分化组,转移组高于无转移组,深层浸润组高于浅层浸润组。结论FAK是与口腔颌面部鳞癌的浸润和转移相关的蛋白激酶,FAK的表达可作为肿瘤较有价值的病理指标,能较综合地反映肿瘤细胞的浸润转移的程度。故检测口腔颌面部鳞癌组织中FAK的表达状况,有助于进一步了解口腔颌面部鳞癌的生物学行为和对患者预后的判断。
Objective To detect FAK expression and its level of oral & maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma, and probe into the role of FAK in the infdtration and metastasis of oral & maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of FAK was examined in 90 oral & maxillofacial squamous-cell carcinomas by Envision immunohistochemical technique. Results FAK expression intensities of the oral & maxillofacial squamous-cell carcinoma that of normal tissue, the hypodifferentiation higher than the hyperdifferentiation's, the strata profimdum infiltration group's higher than the superficial group's, and the metastasis group's higher than the nonmetastasis group's. Conclusion FAK is a protein kinase associated with the infiltration and metastasis of oral & maxillofacial squamous-cell carcinoma. FAK expression can be regarded as a valuable tumor pathology indicator, and can quite synthetically reflect the infiltration and metastatic degree. The expression of FAK may be a usefitl tool for prognosis of human oral & maxillofacial squamous-cell carcinoma.
