摘要
研制了一种适用于选择性激光烧结制件的后处理剂;探讨了后处理剂组分的选择,组分用量的确定,后处理工艺实验条件优化及其应用性能等。研究发现:后处理剂渗透性好,可大大改善选择性激光烧结件的性能,后处理增强制件外表美观、收缩率低、精度高,拉伸强度可达30·10MPa,完全可以满足功能件的使用要求。
A new type of post-treatment agent for the antetype pieces of selective laser sintering (SLS) was prepared, and the selection of the composition of the post-treatment agent, the determination of the content of the composition, the optimization of the testing condition of the post-treatment technology and the applied property of the agent were discussed. The results showed the post-treatment agent had good penetrability and could improve the property of the prototype material .The post-treatment product hold: beautiful appearance, low shrinkage rate, and high precision, with tensile strength up to 30.10 MPa, and could well meet the requirement of application.
