高龄白内障患者人工晶体植入术

Intraocular Lens Implantation In Advanced Senile

目的:评估80岁以上老年人行人工晶体植入手术的疗效和对手术的承受力。方法:对119例80岁以上高龄白内障患者实施人工晶体植入术,其中后房型人工晶体植入术108例,前房型人工晶体植入术8例,青光眼小梁切除及后房人工晶体植入术3例。80％以上病例有全身多系统疾病,以高血压、冠心痛最多。结果:111例术后视力有不同程度提高,其中视力≥0．3为69只眼(58．9％),术后眼部并发症不高于一般老年人,仅有8例(6．7％)术后视力无提高。结论:人工晶体植入术是矫正高龄白内障患者最佳方法。如果处理恰当,高龄老年人均能承受手术。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the enduration of cataract extraction and intraocular lens （IOL） implantation of in patients aged over 80 years old. Methot：ECCE and IOL implantation was performed on 119 eyes of 119 patients over 80 years old with senile cataracts ,Among them ,there were 108 eyes with posterior chamber intraocular lens im plantation ,8 eyes with anterior chamber intraocular lens（AC-IOL） implantation,3 eyes with ECCE and PC-IOL implantation with trabeculectomy .Over 80 percent of these patients were with Polysystem diseases most of which were hypertensions. Results： The postoperation visual acuities in 111 eyes had improved, 58.9% （69 eyes） of those were higher than 0. 3, whereas that in 8 eyes did not. The complication were not higher than the common seniles. Conclusion： ECCE and IOL implantation is the most effective treatment for advanced senile with cataract ,if rightly treated ,all the seniles can endure this surgery,even with polysysterm disorders.
