摘要
目的:探讨鼻息肉病人循环白细胞介素-3(IL-3)的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测66例鼻息肉患者 (试验组)血清标本和22例正常人血清标本(对照组)中IL-3的水平。结果:试验组和对照组的(IL-3)平均水平分别为 106．89 pg／ml和42．12 pg／ml,两组间有显著差异(P<0．05)。结论:IL-3的血清水平在试验组中明显高于对照组,它在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用有待进一步探讨。
Objective, The aim of present study was to investigate clinical significance of circulating IL-3 in patients with nasal polyp. Methods： Using immunohistochemical methods detect the expressions of IL-3 in serum of 66 patients with nasal polyp （test group）and 22 normal people（control group）. Results： In above two samples of serum, mean levels of IL3 in test group and control group were 106.89pg/ml and 42. 12pg/ml, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups about the expressions of IL-3（P〈0.05）, Conclusion：The expression of IL-3 in test group is higher than that of control group, it indicates that the effect of IL-3 in mechanism of nasal polyp is deserved for further explore.
