摘要
采用复合伤与单一伤相比较,研究了放烧复合伤后8h以内在体心肌力学变化,并通过对伤后补液与加维拉帕米的比较,对复合伤后心肌力学变化的机理进行了初步的探讨,结果如下:(1)放烧复合伤后早期在体心脏收缩与舒张功能抑制进行性加重,且较相应的单纯烧伤者更重,表现出放射损伤与烧伤对心功能抑制加重的复合效应;(2)该复合效应与伤后体液丧失多于烧伤有关;(3)钙离子通道阻断剂维拉帕米对纠正伤后心功能的抑制有一定的效果,其机理有待于进一步研究。
The changes of cardiac functions were observed in the first 8 h after radiation,burn and combined radiation-burn injuries,The mechanism of the changes of cardiac function was investigated through the assessment of the therapeutic effects of fluid replacement and verapamil.The findings were as follows:1.Cardiac systole and diastole were suppressed after combined radiation-burn injury and suppression was more severe in the combined injury than in simple burns.It is likely that the combined effects of radiation and burns result in more severe suppression.2.Insufficiancy of blood volume was observed after combined injury and it was also more severe in combined injury than in simple burns,3.Verapamil,a calcium channel blocker,alleviated the damages on cardiac functions in a certain degree.
