摘要
采用非放射性地高辛配基标记人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)6b、11、16和18型探针,以原位杂交法检测了重庆地区24例经临床和病理学诊断为复发尖锐湿疣的冰冻组织切片中HPV基因型别。结果显示:复发尖锐湿疣组织中HPV阳性率为83.3%,其中HPV6b、11、16、18型阳性率分别为58.3%、25.0%、29.27%、4.2%。组织切片杂交后,阳性颗粒多数分布于表皮中的颗粒层和增厚的棘层,少数分布于表皮全层,大多数空泡细胞内可见阳性颗粒,少数未见。
Typing of the genes of human papillomavirus(HPV)in the biopsy specimens of 24 cases of recurrent condyloma acuminata was performed wit h situ hybridization using non-radioactive digoxigenin-labelled HPV probes(Types 6b,11,16 and 18).It was found that HPV positive rate of the 24 specimens was 83.3%and the positive rate for types 6b,11,16 and 18 was 58.3%,25.0%,29.2%and 4.2%respectively.After hybridization,most of the positive particles were seen distributing in the upper and middle lyers of the epithelium and a few of them in all the layers of the epithelium,In addition,they were also found in most koilocyte.
