摘要
以两种极为常见的碰撞模式:船舶-平台模式和立管-立管模式为对象,采用准静力的方法,分析了海洋石油开采设施中的典型圆管构件在侧向碰撞挤压作用下的结构行为。通过与实验结果的比较,对船舶-平台模式下的有限元分析结果进行了验证。研究了在不同边界条件和初始轴向压力水平下,圆管构件的凹坑损伤形成过程和侧向承载力。结果表明边界条件和初始轴向压力对损伤形成以及侧向承载力的影响显著,初始轴向拉力的影响则较小。将有限元分析的结果与API推荐作法中碰撞损伤评估公式进行了比较,得到了一些有意义的结果。
Quasi-static method has been used to analyze the structural behavior of typical cylindrical members in petroleum industry under two common collision types: ship--platform type and riser--riser type. The results of finite element analysis under ship--platform collision type were examined with the experimental results. The process of denting and the lateral load has been studied under different end condi tions and axial pressure of different levels. The results showed that end condition and axial pressure have marked effect on the lateral load. The formulae API recommended were developed from rigid--plastic and semi--empirical method,and they have been compared with the results of finite element method, some significant results have been obtained .
