Study on Reliability of Multilayer Ceramic Substrate(MCS) for 64-Way Converter

本文介绍64路交换子多层陶瓷基板的结构、失效模式、失效机理,提出相应的改进措施,在此基础上制作的50×50mm六层基板,通过了QZJ840616标准的考核。

This paper introduces structure of MCS for 64-way converter, and analyzes the failure model and failure mechanism of MCS. Also some improved approach was provided, A 6-layer 50×50mm substrate was certificated by the technical standard QZJ840616.
