摘要
介绍了复合磁场精选机的组成、基本原理以及对丹东某矿实验室小型试验和实际应用的分选结果。该设备的磁系由多个线圈组成,部分线圈形成的磁场为恒定,其余线圈形成的磁场脉动,从而在分选区内形成复合磁场。现场生产使用结果表明,600mm复合磁场精选机分选含铁品位60.00%左右的铁精矿,可获得含铁品位62·60%的最终铁精矿,尾矿品位12·00%,取得了较好的效果。
The composition and basic principles of compound magnetic field separator for cleaning and the results of its laboratory and real application in a mine in Dandong are presented. The magnetic system of this machine consists of several coils, some of which form a stable magnetic field and the others form a pulsating one, thus creating a compound magnetic field in the separation zone. Its application in the production showed that Ф600mm compound magnetic field separator for cleaning had good performances and obtained a final iron concentrate grading 62.60% from an iron concentrate grading 60%, with the railings grading 12.00%.
