摘要
根据手机翻盖成型的工艺要求,介绍了其注射成型模结构,阐述了模具设计要点及工作过程,整个过程在UG平台上完成,避免了不同系统间的转换,提高了效率。
The structure of injection molding for the turning cover of mobile telephone was designed according to the technological requirements. The design points of the mould and the working procedure were described. All the process was finished on UG platform, thus avoiding between different systems. The efficiency was increased accordingly.
