抗苗勒激素(AMH)在卵巢中的作用 被引量：8

摘要 抗苗勒激素(anti-Mu¨llerian hermone,AMH)又称为苗勒管抑制物(M IS),在雄性性腺分化期抑制苗勒管的形成,阻止雌性生殖器官的发育;在雌性体内早期AMH缺乏,至青春期由卵巢内窦前卵泡和小窦卵泡的颗粒细胞分泌,参与卵母细胞成熟和卵泡发育的调节,近来研究发现AMH与窦卵泡的数量紧密相关,能够间接反映卵巢储备,并可以作为辅助生殖技术中一种更有效的评估指标。
