摘要
目的探讨肝素治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积征（ICP）的疗效及可行性。方法2003年1月-2005年6月我院收治的ICP患者共64人，随机分成2组，分别予两种不同的方法治疗，以形成对照研究。结果两组在疗效上差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论肝素是治疗ICP的安全有效的药物。
Objective： To study the effect and probability of the heparin on treating intrabepatil cholestais of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods： There are 64 patients of ICP in our hospital from January 2003 to June 2005. These patients are randomly divided into two teams. There are different treating means to each team, and to study in contrast. Results ： There are much difference on effect between two teams （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Heparin is a safe and effective drug on treating ICP.
