摘要
本文就ＮａＣｌ盐溶液胁迫下对甜菜种子萌发的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明，低浓度的ＮａＣｌ溶液对甜菜种子的萌发有一定的促进作用，可提高种子的发芽势、发芽率，但标志芽质量的芽活力指数明显降低；１７‰浓度ＮａＣｌ溶液可作为鉴定甜菜品种（系）耐盐程度的临界指标。
The effect of Nacl solution stressing to germination of sugarbeet seed were prdiminarily studied, the results have shown that lower concentration of Nacl Solution accelerated germi- nation of sugarbeet seed,it increased the vigour and rate of germination of seed,but thevigour index of germ that represented the quality of germ was markedly lower,17‰ Nacl solution was critical index of identifing tolerant to Nacl of sugarbeet variety(lines).
