Stargardt病的光学相干断层扫描图像意义探讨 被引量：7

摘要 目的了解Stargardt病黄斑区的组织结构改变及对应视网膜功能变化的关系。方法对11例Star- gardt病患者的光学相干断层扫描(OCT)图像分析。结果 OCT反应出黄斑视网膜功能与黄斑组织形态改变关系密切。结论 OCT的应用为Stargardt病患者黄斑组织形态和视网膜功能的评价及随访提供了可靠的检测手段。 Objective To observe the relationship between the changed of macular tissue structure and retinal function changing in patients with Stargardt disease. Method Stargardt diseases was determined with optical coherence tomography. Results Showed that the maeular function correlated well with 11 pateints OCT image analysis. Conclusion OCT is useful ray for evaluating and following up maculopathy in Stargerdt.
