透明晶状体切除联合玻璃体切割治疗眼内巨大异物

Extraction of giant intraocular foreign body via anterior chamber combined with lens-vitrectomy

目的探讨透明晶状体切除联合玻璃体切割手术治疗眼内巨大异物(直径≥8mm)的手术方法及疗效。方法 2003年10月至2005年9月共收治16例(16只眼)眼内巨大异物,采取透明晶状体切除、玻璃体切割经前房取出异物,其中10例植入人工晶状体于睫状沟内,4例注入硅油,2例注入长效气体。结果 16例巨大眼内异物均经角膜缘切口取出,视力均有不同程度的提高,最佳0．8。结论经角膜缘切口取出眼内巨大异物是一种安全、可靠的手术方法,而植入人工晶状体则有严格的适应证。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the method of extraction surgery of giant intraocular foreign body （D≥8mm） combined with pure-lens- vitrecomy. Methods We treated 16 intraocular foreign body from 2001. 10 to 2003.12 , extracted foreign body via anterior chambor combined with pure-lens-vitrectomy and performed IOL implantation 10 eyes, silicone oil tamponade 4 eyes, gas tamponade 2 eyes. Results All giant extraocular foreign body were extracted via limbns cornea, incision and visual acuity improved. Conclusion The extraction of intraocular foreign body via limbus cornea is a safe choice but IOL is of strict fit status.
