摘要
目的探讨曲安奈德(triamcinolone acetonide,TA)对氪激光诱导的青紫兰兔视网膜组织损伤的抑制作用,通过组织病理学检查,评价TA玻璃体腔内注射的安全性。方法选取成年、健康青紫兰兔12只,通过氪激光诱导建立激光损伤模型后,随机抽取6只兔右眼为A组,左眼为B组;另外6只兔右眼为C组,左眼为D组。每组玻璃体腔注射后14d和35d分别取3只兔处死,行组织病理学检查,每组各时间点随机选取光斑区30个CNV视野,选取连续切片的CNV最大中央厚度进行测量,用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果组织病理学检查发现, 光斑内CNV厚度和病变内细胞组成比例等方面表现不同,各时间点治疗组CNV中央厚度均较对照组显著减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);组织损伤修复的情况,A组较C组佳。结论 TA干预兔眼视网膜激光损伤的修复过程,早期进行药物干预,治疗效果佳。组织病理学检查,尚未发现TA的的毒副作用。
Objective To determine the effects of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide (TA) on the experimental retinal injury induced by krypton laser in rabbit and to observe the safety of TA by histological examination. Methods 12 rabbits whose retinas were injured by krypton laser were randomly divided into 4 groups, 3 animals each. At various time (0, 14d) after the exposure to laser, eyes of rabbits were received intravitreal injection; (14, 35d) after the injection, eyes were performed histological examination. Serial histological specimens were Methodsically assessed in a masked fashion to analyze each laser lesion; maximum thickness for each lesion was measured from the retinal pigment epitheliun. Results Histologically, the thickness of the laser lesion was reduced significantly( P 〈 0.01 ) in the treated eyes. There was no histological change of retina without laser - treated and lens after intravitreal injection of TA. Conclusion TA has significant therapeutic effect on retinal injuries and it is hopeful for its clinical application. TA (4mg) can be safely injected in travitreally without any significant retinal toxicity.
