摘要
140Mb/s LD驱动器模块包括Si双极耦合逻辑开关缓冲、整形放大、LD驱动器和LD组件三部分。采用混合集成平面微组装工艺将这三部分制作在一块30×49mm^2的陶瓷基片上。在ECL电平驱动下,光脉冲上升时间和下降时间均小于等于1ns,出纤光功率为-6dBm~-3dBm,消光比≤10%,在10^(-9)误码率下,接收机的灵敏度为-39dBm。
140Mb/s LD driver module consists of Si bipolar coupled logic switch buffer, regulating amplifier, LD driver and LD module. It is fabricated on a 30×49mm^2 ceramic substrate with hybrid integration SMT. Rise and fall time of optical pulse is less than 1ns at ECL level driving. The optical power at output of the fiber is-6dBm~-3dBm. The extinctio, coefficient is less than 10%. The sensitivity of receiver is-39dBm at BER=10^(-9)
