摘要 在过去十几年里,使用冷冻电镜和高分辨率X-ray衍射等方法在轮状病毒的结构研究方面已取得了较快发展。尽管在轮状病毒(RV)的结构研究中取得了进步,但是发生在RV感染过程中潜藏的许多事件的分子机制还不清楚,高分辨率RA蛋白结构研究以及结合完整病毒粒子的冷冻电镜研究,将有助于深入理解病毒粒子及其蛋白在病毒的生命周期中所扮演的角色。 Structural studies of rotavirus by means of cryoelectron microscopy and high-resolution X-ray diffraction methods have grown explosively in the last decade. Despite much progress in the last few years in the structure study of retaviroses, the molecular mechanisms underlying many of the events that occur during infection by these pathogens remain unknown. High-resolution structures of the viral proteins, in conjunction with ongoing cryo-electron microscopy studies of intact virion, should provide an deeper understanding of many aspects of viral life cycles.
