The Progress between Monocyte Chemoatracttant Protein-1 and IgA Nephropathy

单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)是CC类细胞趋化因子,对单核/巨噬细胞(Mο/Mφ)具有特异性趋化激活作用,参与了IgA肾病的炎症过程。本文对MCP-1及其受体CCR2的结构和功能以及在IgA肾病的发生发展中的作用、针对MCP-1的干预进行综述。

Monocyte chemoatracttant protein-1 （MCP-1） is one chemotactic factor of the CC family, and MCP-1 has specific chemotaxis activation to monocytes/macrophages （Mo/Mφ） participating in the inflammation progress of IgA nephropathy. We review the stuctrure and function of MCP-1 and its receptor CCR2, its role in the genesis of IgA nephropathy and the interfere treatment aiming at MCP-1.
