淋巴转移是肿瘤发展过程中的一个重要组成部分,肿瘤发生淋巴结转移与淋巴管生成因子的表达及肿瘤淋巴管形成密切相关。甲状腺癌常发生局部淋巴结转移,近来研究表明血管内皮生长因子在诱导甲状腺癌淋巴管形成及淋巴转移过程中起着重要作用。本文就血管内皮生长因子及其受体在甲状腺癌淋巴转移中的研究作一综述。

Lymphatic metastasis is a crucial step in the progress of cancer, lymph node metastasis in tumor is closedly related to the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors and lymphagion genesis. Thyroid carcinoma frequently metastesizes to regional lymph nodes. Recent studies have shown that vascular endothelial growth factors play a predominant role in inducing lymphagion genesis and lymphatic metestasis in thyroid cancar. This report summaries the research of vascular endothelial growth factors and their roceptors in lymphatic metastasis thyroid carcinoma.
