摘要 干细胞具有多向分化潜能,在体内外可分化为心肌细胞,但有人对此持怀疑态度。本文对目前干细胞分化为心肌细胞的研究进展和可能的发生机制进行综述。 Stem cells have ability of multi-directional differentiation, so they can differentiate into cardiomyocytes in vivo and in vitro, but some people suspected this ability. This article reviews the recent progress in the study of stem cell differentiating into cardiomyocyte and its possible mechanism.
