摘要
急性胰腺炎、出血、穿孔、胆管炎是内镜乳头括约肌切开术发生率高和危害性大的近期并发症。近几年来,许多学者致力于这些并发症的与患者相关危险因素、与技术相关危险因素、发生机制和各种(技术、机械、药物)预防措施的研究。
Acute pancreatitis, hemorrhage, perforation, and cholangitis are more common and dangerous near term complications of endoscopic sphincterotomy. In recent years, many scholars have been engaged in the research of relationship between these complication and dangerous factors related to patients and techniques, pathegenesis and prevetion （technique, apparatus, therapy）.
