The contest for selecting the ＂2005 Annual Figure of Chinese College Students ＆ Annual Charming Figure＂ was co-hosted the Renmin Net and College Students Magazine Agency： and the final result was announced on December 29, 2005. Jiang Xintian, a deaf-mute girl from Qingdao, was selected as the ＂Most Amazing Personage among College Students in 2005.＂
