自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)是常见的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。主要包括桥本甲状腺炎(HT)、Graves′病(GD)和产后甲状腺炎(PPT)。AITD的发生与细胞凋亡密切相关并受多种调节因素影响。本文就AITD(包括Graves眼病)与细胞凋亡的关系简要综述。
