摘要
本文简述硅单片集成高速电路在大容量、高速光纤通信中的应用及目前国际上几种高比特速率AGc放大器的研究情况;并介绍我们针对622Mb/s光接收机对AGC放大器的要求,用SPICE-Ⅱ进行电子计算机模拟设计和根据当前国内工艺情况进行工艺设计、计算机辅助设计版图制作以及试制研究情况。
This paper describes the applications of Simonolithic integrated high-speed circuits in optical fiber transmission systems with high speed and capacity. The recent developments of some AGC amplifiers with high-bit rate are briefly introduced. The SPICE-Ⅱ simulated design was used to meet the requirements of AGC amplifier for 622 Mb/s optical receivers,The technological design, mask patterning by cAD,and trial-production are also mentioned.
