发展我军公路智能交通系统之我见

摘要 美军将智能交通技术广泛应用于公路军事运输中,极大地提高了汽车运输保障能力。与其相比,我军的差距非常明显,大大限制了公路运输保障效能的提高,解决这些问题的根本途径是必须发展和应用智能交通运输技术。分析了智能交通系统(ITS)对公路军事运输的影响,提出了加快我军ITS建设的几点对策,为实现我军“保障有力”的总要求提供理论依据。 Inteligent transport system(ITS) are now widely applied to highway military transportation in the US army, which greatly increase its automobile transportation guarantee capability. Compared with the U.S. Army, we are obviously far behind in this field. Our guarantee efficiency in highway military transportation is seriously limited. In order to solve these problems, developing and applying ITS are the only way out for our army. This thesis first analyzes the influences of ITS on the highway military transportation, and then puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the construction of ITS in our army, thus providing a theoretical basis for the general requirement in powerful logistic guarantee in our army.
