摘要 在新军事变革浪潮的推动下,世界军事强国都把增强战略运输能力作为军队建设的一项重要内容。我国陆海空疆域广阔,维护国家统一和海洋权益任务严峻,加强战略运输能力建设更显紧要。从战略交通运输网建设、战略运输力量结构调整完善、交通运输动员能力与战略运输指挥能力等方面,提出了对策建议。 Driven by the new military reform tide, the world's military powers all take the improvement of their military strategic transportation capability of their armies as an important part of the army construction. Owing to the fact that our country is large in its territory with great areas of seas and land, and we are faced with the hard task to vindicate the national unification and safeguard our oceanic benefit, it is more important for us to strengthen the capability of our strategic transportation. The thesis puts forward some proposals on how to systematize the network of our military strategic transportation, perfect the structure of the military transportation forces and improve the capability of mobilizing and commanding our military strategic transportation.
