摘要 目的探讨菌群失调对机体免疫细胞和细胞因子的影响。方法用卡那霉素制作小鼠肠道菌群失调的动物摸型,进行肠道菌群的定量分析,同时进行免疫细胞和细胞因子相关指标的测定。结果实验组小鼠肠道内菌群数量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。菌群失调后实验组小鼠较对照组脾细胞数、脾抗体形成细胞数减少,脾重量减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01);实验组小鼠血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)的含量较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论肠道菌群失调可减少机体的免疫细胞及降低细胞因子。 Objective To study the influence of intestinal dysbacteriosis on immune cells and cytokibes.Methods Animol models were made which have intestinal dysbacteriosis caused by kanamycin,the caecal contents were collected for quantitative analysis of the intestinal bacterial florae;A weight of spleen was measured in mice,the number of splenocyte and of the spleen antibody forming cells (PFC),the level of interleukin 2(IL-2) and of granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) was tested in serum.Results The number of Enterobacteriaceac,Enterococeus,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were significantly lower in the test group than in the control group(P〈0.01);The number of the splenocyte and PFC in the test group have obviously decreased compared with that in control group(P〈0.01);the number of the splenocyte and PFC in the test group have obviously decreased compared with that in control group(P〈0.05);level of IL-2、GM-CSF have obviously decreased in test group compared with control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Intestinal dyshacteriosis can obviously influence the immune cells and cytokibes in mice.
