摘要
毫米波集成鳍线是近十多年来发展起来的一种新型传输线,实际上在10～100GHz的频率范围内都得到了非常广泛的应用。本文将介绍这一新型传输线的发展概况和基本特性,并对其主要应用作扼要的阐述和讨论。
The finline is a new type of transmission line for millimeter-wave integrated circuits which has been developed in recent decade. It is widely used in the frequency range from 10 to 100 GHz. In this paper, a brief introduction to the development,general properties and main applications of the finlines is given and some important problems are also discussed.
