摘要
新课程改革虽然有利于推动教师专业化水平的提高,但也是对教师的严峻挑战。在新课程改革中,教师易产生角色的冲突与模糊、不胜任工作的体验和低成就感等心理,容易产生职业倦怠的情绪,这对其专业发展和新课程的成功实施形成消极的影响。故在新课程改革的实践中,应采取改善课程实施环境、提高教师的自身素质等策略,预防与化解此类问题,实现教师与课程的共同成长。
The new curriculum reform is advantageous in improving the teachers' specialization level, but it's also a serious challenge to teachers. In the new curriculum reform, the teacher is easy to have the role conflict and fuzzy, the experience of not being competent in the work and the low sense of achievement and so on, is easy to fall into the occupation tired, which forms the negative influence to the teachers'career development and the new curriculum success implementation. Therefore in the practice of the new curriculum reforms, some strategies such as improving the environment of the curriculum implement and the teacher' s own quality, should be adopted to prevent and solve this kind of problems, realize the teacher and the curriculum develop together.
