江西小水电建设的成就、困境与对策

Achievements of Small Hydropower Constructions and Their Difficult Position and Strategies in Jiangxi Province

江西的小水电获得了较大发展，在第一批验收的全国１０５个电气化县中，我省占有９个，在第二批电气化县中，我省又上了１６个，其中已有８个１９９４年底又验收达标。然而，由于小水电的电价不合理，难于还贷，使得进一步发展小水电陷入困境。针对这一状况，提出了应采取的有效对策。

Better development has been achieved in Jiangxi's small hydropower. There are nine Jiangxi'S electrification counties of the 105 First Batch Experimental Unit-County of the Rural Primary Electrification Construction.And, there are 16 Jiangxi's electrification counties of the Second Batch Experimental Unit-County, eight of them were checked for acceptance last year. But, because of the unreasonable electricity rate of small hydropower, the repayment of loans of small hydropower is very difficult. Therefore the continuous development of small hydropower falls into a difficult position. In view of this situation, some effective strategies are suggested to be adopted.
