无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术128例临床研究

The clinical research on 128 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy without titanium clip

目的：探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）中应用普通丝线，不增加任何特殊器械，在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉的安全性和可靠性。方法：分析2003年1月至2005年7月，我院为128例患者行无钛夹LC的临床资料。结果：128例患者于术后4～5d出院，无并发症发生。结论：LC术中普通丝线取代钛夹结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉，安全、可靠、经济。避免体内金属异物残留。

Objective：To discuss the safety and feasibility of the using ordinary silk thread in laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） ,without any special instruments. Methods：The clinical data of 128 eases treated by LC without titanium clip were analyzed. Results：128 patients discharged successfully in 4-5days,without any complication. Conclusions：Using the ordinary silk thread in stead of the titanium clip and living being clips to ligate cystic duct and cystic artery is safe ,feasible and economic in LC,
