腹腔镜肿瘤术后肿瘤种植转移的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 腹腔镜术后肿瘤腹腔扩散和穿刺点转移的较高发病率使此项技术在肿瘤外科方面的推广受到质疑。目前研究认为,气腹介质CO2可能是促进肿瘤细胞生长与转移的主要原因,其机制涉及到多方面。现就CO2气腹影响肿瘤转移的相关因素及预防的研究进展作一综述。
